  •  We offer a wide range of jewelry including rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and personalized pieces. 

2.  What materials do you use in your jewelry?

  •  All of our silver and gold plated jewelry pieces are made from high quality 925 sterling silver.
  • All of our pearl pieces are made from freshwater pearls that will not tarnish or change color.
  •  Each product page provides specific details about the materials used.

3.  Where is your product made?

  • Our sterling silver pieces are hand-crafted and made in Turkey.
  • Our pearls are imported from Turkey and hand-crafted in the USA.

Ordering

1. How do I place an order?

  • Simply browse our collection, select the item you wish to purchase, and follow the checkout instructions to complete your order. All orders must be placed through our online store. We do not take payments physically.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

  •  We accept various payment methods including all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop pay and more.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

  •  If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping and Delivery

1. What shipping options are available?

  • Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. An order is processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once it is shipped it can take up to 7 business days for it to arrive to you with standard shipping.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

  •   No, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. If you do not receive an email please contact support@thepearlloft.com.

1. What is your return policy?

  • We offer a 30-day return window on most items. Please ensure that the jewelry is in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. Custom orders cannot be returned.

2. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

3. Will I be responsible for shipping costs on returns?

  • Yes, you will be responsible to cover the return shipping costs.

Care and Maintenance

1. How should I care for my jewelry?

  • To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, keep it away from harsh chemicals, store it in a soft cloth or jewelry box, and clean it regularly with a soft cloth.
  • All of our jewelry is water-proof and safe to wear in fresh water. 
  • Our pearls are not recommended to be used in salt water
  • Do not use perfume directly on the pearls

2. Is your jewelry covered by a warranty?

  • Yes, we offer a warranty on our jewelry against manufacturing defects if reported to us within 7-days of receiving your order. Please reach out to us at support@thepearlloft.com for any questions.
